Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
This package provides tools for the calibration of penalized criteria for model selection. The calibration methods available are based on the slope heuristics.
This package provides functions to convert a page of plots drawn with the graphics package into identical output drawn with the grid package. The result looks like the original graphics-based plot, but consists of grid grobs and viewports that can then be manipulated with grid functions (e.g., edit grobs and revisit viewports).
This is a data only package providing the algorithmic complexity of short strings, computed using the coding theorem method. For a given set of symbols in a string, all possible or a large number of random samples of Turing machines with a given number of states (e.g., 5) and number of symbols corresponding to the number of symbols in the strings were simulated until they reached a halting state or failed to end. This package contains data on 4.5 million strings from length 1 to 12 simulated on Turing machines with 2, 4, 5, 6, and 9 symbols. The complexity of the string corresponds to the distribution of the halting states.
This package provides a pure R implementation of the t-SNE algorithm.
This package provides Rcpp bindings for PLANC, a highly parallel and extensible NMF/NTF (Non-negative Matrix/Tensor Factorization) library.
The main purpose of this package is to provide the algorithmic complexity for short strings, an approximation of the Kolmogorov Complexity of a short string using the coding theorem method. While the database containing the complexity is provided in the data only package acss.data, this package provides functions accessing the data such as prob_random returning the posterior probability that a given string was produced by a random process. In addition, two traditional (but problematic) measures of complexity are also provided: entropy and change complexity.
This package provides a suite of tools designed to build attractive command line interfaces (CLIs). It includes tools for drawing rules, boxes, trees, and Unicode symbols with ASCII alternatives.
This package includes tools for marginal maximum likelihood estimation and joint maximum likelihood estimation for unidimensional and multidimensional item response models. The package functionality covers the Rasch model, 2PL model, 3PL model, generalized partial credit model, multi-faceted Rasch model, nominal item response model, structured latent class model, mixture distribution IRT models, and located latent class models. Latent regression models and plausible value imputation are also supported.
This package provides functions to impute using random forest. It operates under full conditional specifications (multivariate imputation by chained equations).
This package provides non-statistical utilities used by the software developed by the Statnet Project.
This package provides tools for multiple imputation of missing data in multilevel modeling. It includes a user-friendly interface to the packages pan and jomo, and several functions for visualization, data management and the analysis of multiply imputed data sets.
This package provides functions for demographic and epidemiological analysis in the Lexis diagram, i.e. register and cohort follow-up data, in particular representation, manipulation and simulation of multistate data - the Lexis suite of functions, which includes interfaces to the mstate, etm and cmprsk packages. It also contains functions for Age-Period-Cohort and Lee-Carter modeling and a function for interval censored data and some useful functions for tabulation and plotting, as well as a number of epidemiological data sets.
latex2exp parses and converts LaTeX math formulas to R's plotmath expressions, used to enter mathematical formulas and symbols to be rendered as text, axis labels, etc. throughout R's plotting system.
This package provides a unified interface to various machine learning algorithms. Confusion matrices are provided too.
This package provides a collection of R-functions implementing adaptive smoothing procedures in 1D, 2D and 3D. This includes the Propagation-Separation approach to adaptive smoothing, the Intersecting Confidence Intervals (ICI), variational approaches, and a non-local means filter.
This is a package for mixed variable optimization for non-linear functions. It can optimize function whose inputs are a combination of continuous, ordered, and unordered variables.
This package provides tools to fit and compare Gaussian linear and nonlinear mixed-effects models.
This package provides tools for data importation, recoding, and inspection. There are functions to create new project folders, R code templates, create uniquely named output directories, and to quickly obtain a visual summary for each variable in a data frame. The main feature here is the systematic implementation of the "variable key" framework for data importation and recoding.
This package lets you build complex Structured Query Language (SQL) queries dynamically. Classes and/or factory functions are used to produce a syntax tree from which the final character string is generated. Strings and identifiers are automatically quoted using the right quotes, using either American National Standards Institute (ANSI) quoting or the quoting style of an existing database connector. Style can be configured to set uppercase/lowercase for keywords, remove unnecessary spaces, or omit optional keywords.
This package facilitates mapping by making natural earth map data from https://www.naturalearthdata.com/ more easily available to R users.
This package provides an implementation of efficient approximate leave-one-out (LOO) cross-validation for Bayesian models fit using Markov chain Monte Carlo, as described in doi:10.1007/s11222-016-9696-4. The approximation uses Pareto smoothed importance sampling (PSIS), a new procedure for regularizing importance weights. As a byproduct of the calculations, we also obtain approximate standard errors for estimated predictive errors and for the comparison of predictive errors between models. The package also provides methods for using stacking and other model weighting techniques to average Bayesian predictive distributions.
This package provides various methods to conduct Spatio-Temporal Analysis and Modelling, including Exploratory Spatio-Temporal Analysis and Inferred Spatio-Temporal Modelling.
This package is a port of the new http://matplotlib.org/ color maps (viridis--the default--, magma, plasma, and inferno) to R. These color maps are designed in such a way that they will analytically be perfectly perceptually-uniform, both in regular form and also when converted to black-and-white. They are also designed to be perceived by readers with the most common form of color blindness.
This package provides tools for the maximum likelihood estimation of the parameters of a fractionally differenced ARIMA(p,d,q) model (Haslett and Raftery, Appl.Statistics, 1989); it includes inference and basic methods.
