Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
The ELPA library provides efficient and scalable direct eigensolvers for symmetric matrices.
Why3 provides a language for specification and programming, called WhyML, and relies on external theorem provers, both automated and interactive, to discharge verification conditions. Why3 comes with a standard library of logical theories (integer and real arithmetic, Boolean operations, sets and maps, etc.) and basic programming data structures (arrays, queues, hash tables, etc.). A user can write WhyML programs directly and get correct-by-construction OCaml programs through an automated extraction mechanism. WhyML is also used as an intermediate language for the verification of C, Java, or Ada programs.
SLEPc is a software library for the solution of large sparse eigenproblems on parallel computers. It can be used for the solution of linear eigenvalue problems formulated in either standard or generalized form, as well as other related problems such as the singular value decomposition. The emphasis of the software is on methods and techniques appropriate for problems in which the associated matrices are sparse, for example, those arising after the discretization of partial differential equations.

The dune-subgrid module marks elements of another hierarchical dune grid. The set of marked elements can then be accessed as a hierarchical dune grid in its own right. Dune-Subgrid provides the full grid interface including adaptive mesh refinement.
Vinci implements a number of volume computation algorithms for convex polytopes in arbitrary dimension. The polytopes can be given by their V-representation (as the convex hull of a finite number of vertices), by their H-representation (as the bounded intersection of a finite number of halfspaces) or by their double description with both representations.
libensemble is a complete toolkit for dynamic ensembles of calculations. It connects deciders to experiments or simulations.
ndim computes all kinds of volumes and integrals of monomials over such volumes in a fast, numerically stable way, using recurrence relations.
Vc provides portable, zero-overhead C++ types for explicitly data-parallel programming. It is a library designed to ease explicit vectorization of C++ code. Its types enable explicitly stating data-parallel operations on multiple values. The parallelism is therefore added via the type system. Vc has an intuitive API and provides portability between different compilers and compiler versions as well as portability between different vector instruction sets. Thus, an application written with Vc can be compiled for:
AVX and AVX2
SSE2 up to SSE4.2 or SSE4a
Scalar
MIC
NEON (in development)
NVIDIA GPUs / CUDA (in development)
This package provides a Computer Algebra System, an alternative to Wolfram Mathematica.
However, it contains just the Mathics3 Kernel: Python modules for WL Built-in functions, variables, core primitives, e.g., Symbol, a parser to create Expressions, and an evaluator to execute them.
SLEPc, the Scalable Library for Eigenvalue Problem Computations, is based on PETSc, the Portable, Extensible Toolkit for Scientific Computation. It employs the MPI standard for all message-passing communication. slepc4py provides Python bindings to almost all functions of SLEPc.
The Common Data Access toolbox (CODA) provides a set of interfaces for reading remote sensing data from earth observation data files. It consists of command line applications and interfaces to the C, Fortran, Python, and Java programming languages.
Lis is a parallel software library for solving discretized linear equations and eigenvalue problems that arise in the numerical solution of partial differential equations using iterative methods.
CHOLMOD is a set of routines for factorizing sparse symmetrix positive definite matrices, updating/downdating sparse Cholesky factorizations and other related operations.
KLU is a method for computing the LU factorization of sparse for real and complex matrices.
NLopt is a library for nonlinear optimization, providing a common interface for a number of different free optimization routines available online as well as original implementations of various other algorithms.
ARPACK-NG is a collection of Fortran77 subroutines designed to solve large scale eigenvalue problems.
This package provides the C library of RBio. It can be used for reading and writing sparse matrices in the Rutherford/Boeing format.
PyGLM is a Python extension library which brings the OpenGL Mathematics (GLM) library to Python.
Yices is a solver for SMT problems. It can process input in SMT-LIB format or its own s-expression-based format.
SpeedCrunch is a high-precision scientific calculator. It features a syntax-highlighted scrollable display and is designed to be fully used via keyboard. Some distinctive features are auto-completion of functions and variables, a formula book, and quick insertion of constants from various fields of knowledge.
This package provides the eXtensible Data Model and Format (XDMF) C++ library.
Fast Downward is a portfolio-based planning system that supports the propositional fragment of PDDL2.2.
OpenLibm is an effort to have a high quality, portable, standalone C mathematical library (libm). It can be used standalone in applications and programming language implementations. The project was born out of a need to have a good libm for the Julia programming language that worked consistently across compilers and operating systems, and in 32-bit and 64-bit environments.
