Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
This package provides methods for caching or memoization of objects and results. With this package, any R object can be cached in a key-value storage where the key can be an arbitrary set of R objects. The cache memory is persistent (on the file system).
Query, set, and delete credentials from the git credential store. Manage GitHub tokens and other git credentials. This package is to be used by other packages that need to authenticate to GitHub and/or other git repositories.
This package provides tools for categorical data analysis with complete or missing responses.
The C++ header files of the Stan project are provided by this package. There is a shared object containing part of the CVODES library, but it is not accessible from R. r-stanheaders is only useful for developers who want to utilize the LinkingTo directive of their package's DESCRIPTION file to build on the Stan library without incurring unnecessary dependencies.
The Stan project develops a probabilistic programming language that implements full or approximate Bayesian statistical inference via Markov Chain Monte Carlo or variational methods and implements (optionally penalized) maximum likelihood estimation via optimization. The Stan library includes an advanced automatic differentiation scheme, templated statistical and linear algebra functions that can handle the automatically differentiable scalar types (and doubles, ints, etc.), and a parser for the Stan language. The r-rstan package provides user-facing R functions to parse, compile, test, estimate, and analyze Stan models.
This tool generates high number of both single- and multi-objective test functions. These functions are frequently used for the benchmarking of (numerical) optimization algorithms. Moreover, it offers a set of convenient functions to generate, plot and work with objective functions.
The main aim of the pander R package is to provide a minimal and easy tool for rendering R objects into Pandoc's markdown. The package is also capable of exporting/converting complex Pandoc documents (reports) in various ways.
This package can automatically extract statistical null-hypothesis significant testing (NHST) results from articles and recompute the p-values based on the reported test statistic and degrees of freedom to detect possible inconsistencies.
This package provides functions to deal with binary classification problems in the presence of imbalanced classes. Synthetic balanced samples are generated according to ROSE (Menardi and Torelli, 2013). Functions that implement more traditional remedies to the class imbalance are also provided, as well as different metrics to evaluate a learner accuracy. These are estimated by holdout, bootstrap or cross-validation methods.
This package implements time series clustering along with optimized techniques related to the dynamic time warping distance and its corresponding lower bounds. The implementations of partitional, hierarchical, fuzzy, k-Shape and TADPole clustering are available. Functionality can be easily extended with custom distance measures and centroid definitions. Implementations of DTW barycenter averaging, a distance based on global alignment kernels, and the soft-DTW distance and centroid routines are also provided. All included distance functions have custom loops optimized for the calculation of cross-distance matrices, including parallelization support. Several cluster validity indices are included.
Download and install R packages stored in GitHub, BitBucket, or plain subversion or git repositories. This package is a lightweight replacement of the install_* functions in the devtools package. Indeed most of the code was copied over from devtools.
This package contains utility functions used by the Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK) to load tables and plot data. The GATK is a toolkit for variant discovery in high-throughput sequencing data.
This package estimates conditional Akaike information in mixed-effect models. These models are fitted using (g)lmer() from lme4, lme() from nlme, and gamm() from mgcv. The provided functions facilitate the computation of the conditional Akaike information for model evaluation.
This package computes various confidence intervals (CI) for the Kaplan-Meier estimator, namely: Petos CI, Rothman CI, CIs based on Greenwoods variance, Thomas and Grunkemeier CI and the simultaneous confidence bands by Nair and Hall and Wellner.
This is a package for estimation of a sparse inverse covariance matrix using a lasso (L1) penalty. Facilities are provided for estimates along a path of values for the regularization parameter.
This package provides a fast implementation of hierarchical clustering.
This package provides an interface to lm.wfit for fitting dynamic linear models and time series regression relationships.
This package provides analytic derivatives and information matrices for fitted linear mixed effects (lme) models and generalized least squares (gls) models estimated using lme() (from package nlme) and gls() (from package nlme), respectively. The package includes functions for estimating the sampling variance-covariance of variance component parameters using the inverse Fisher information. The variance components include the parameters of the random effects structure (for lme models), the variance structure, and the correlation structure. The expected and average forms of the Fisher information matrix are used in the calculations, and models estimated by full maximum likelihood or restricted maximum likelihood are supported. The package also includes a function for estimating standardized mean difference effect sizes based on fitted lme or gls models.
This r-abctools package provides tools for approximate Bayesian computation including summary statistic selection and assessing coverage. This includes recent dimension reduction algorithms to tune the choice of summary statistics, and coverage methods to tune the choice of threshold.
This package provides an R interface to V8: Google's JavaScript and WebAssembly engine.
This package lets you generate random colors, possibly with a given hue or a given luminosity.
This package provides a Shiny app that can disconnect for a variety of reasons: an unrecoverable error occurred in the app, the server went down, the user lost internet connection, or any other reason that might cause the Shiny app to lose connection to its server. With shinydisconnect, you can call disonnectMessage anywhere in a Shiny app's UI to add a nice message when this happens. It works locally (running Shiny apps within RStudio) and on Shiny servers.
This package provides functions for importing, exporting, plotting and other manipulations of bitmapped images.
This package provides a Database Interface (DBI) compliant driver for R to access PostgreSQL database systems.
This package provides an R interface to the Embedded COnic Solver (ECOS), an efficient and robust C library for convex problems. Conic and equality constraints can be specified in addition to integer and boolean variable constraints for mixed-integer problems. This R interface is inspired by the Python interface and has similar calling conventions.
