Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.

This package provides tools to combine multidimensional arrays into a single array. This is a generalization of cbind and rbind. It works with vectors, matrices, and higher-dimensional arrays. It also provides the functions adrop, asub, and afill for manipulating, extracting and replacing data in arrays.
This package provides a set of tools for displaying, modeling and analysing multivariate abundance data in community ecology.
This package provides a collection of methods for smoothing numerical data, commencing with a port of the Matlab gaussian window smoothing function. In addition, several functions typically used in smoothing of financial data are included.
This package provides an object-oriented modeling language for disciplined convex programming (DCP) as described in Fu, Narasimhan, and Boyd (2020, <doi:10.18637/jss.v094.i14>). It allows the user to formulate convex optimization problems in a natural way following mathematical convention and DCP rules. The system analyzes the problem, verifies its convexity, converts it into a canonical form, and hands it off to an appropriate solver to obtain the solution. Interfaces to solvers on CRAN and elsewhere are provided.
This is a package for Bayesian model averaging and variable selection for linear models, generalized linear models and survival models (cox regression).
ROCR is a flexible tool for creating cutoff-parameterized 2D performance curves by freely combining two from over 25 performance measures (new performance measures can be added using a standard interface). Curves from different cross-validation or bootstrapping runs can be averaged by different methods, and standard deviations, standard errors or box plots can be used to visualize the variability across the runs. The parameterization can be visualized by printing cutoff values at the corresponding curve positions, or by coloring the curve according to cutoff. All components of a performance plot can be quickly adjusted using a flexible parameter dispatching mechanism.
This package provides functions for fitting the generalized additive models for location scale and shape introduced by Rigby and Stasinopoulos (2005), doi:10.1111/j.1467-9876.2005.00510.x. The models use a distributional regression approach where all the parameters of the conditional distribution of the response variable are modelled using explanatory variables.
The Gaussian hypergeometric function for complex numbers.
This is an R package for spell checking common document formats including LaTeX, markdown, manual pages, and DESCRIPTION files. It includes utilities to automate checking of documentation and vignettes as a unit test during R CMD check. Both British and American English are supported out of the box and other languages can be added. In addition, packages may define a wordlist to allow custom terminology without having to abuse punctuation.
This package provides functions for computing the density and the distribution function of multivariate normal and "t" random variables, and for generating random vectors sampled from these distributions. Probabilities are computed via non-Monte Carlo methods.
This package provides a collection of functions for interpretation and presentation of regression analysis. These functions are used to produce the statistics lectures in http://pj.freefaculty.org/guides. The package includes regression diagnostics, regression tables, and plots of interactions and "moderator" variables. The emphasis is on "mean-centered" and "residual-centered" predictors. The vignette rockchalk offers a fairly comprehensive overview.
Dunn's test computes stochastic dominance & reports pairwise comparisons. This is done following a Kruskal-Wallis test (Kruskal and Wallis, 1952). It employs Dunn's z-test-statistic approximations for rank statistics, conducting k(k-1)/2 comparisons. The null hypothesis assumes that the probability of a randomly selected value from the first group being larger than one from the second group is one half, similar to the Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test. Dunn's test serves as a test for median difference and takes into account tied ranks.
This package provides tools for circular statistics, from "Topics in circular Statistics" (2001) S. Rao Jammalamadaka and A. SenGupta, World Scientific.
This package provides infrastructure to accurately measure and compare the execution time of R expressions.
Logging functions in RcppSpdlog provide access to the logging functionality from the spdlog C++ library. This package offers shorter convenience wrappers for the R functions which match the C++ functions, namely via, say, spdl::debug() at the debug level. The actual formatting is done by the fmt::format() function from the fmtlib library (that is also std::format() in C++20 or later).
This is a package for parallel computing with a network of local and remote workers. It enables fast exchange of results between the workers through a Redis database. Key features include task queues, local caching, and sophisticated error handling.
This package is primarily meant as an implementation of generalized blockmodeling for valued networks. In addition, measures of similarity or dissimilarity based on structural equivalence and regular equivalence (REGE algorithms) can be computed and partitioned matrices can be plotted.
This package provides a system for embedded scientific computing and reproducible research with R. The OpenCPU server exposes a simple but powerful HTTP API for RPC and data interchange with R. This provides a reliable and scalable foundation for statistical services or building R web applications. The OpenCPU server runs either as a single-user development server within the interactive R session, or as a multi-user stack based on Apache2.
This package offers quick statistical hypothesis testing for matrix rows/columns. The main goals are speed through vectorization, detailed and user-friendly output, and compatibility with tests implemented in R.
This package provides support for synchronization via mutexes and may eventually support interprocess communication and message passing.
Common utilities used in other Mosaic family packages are collected here.
This package provides functions for fitting and plotting SITAR growth curve models. SITAR is a shape- invariant model with a regression B-spline mean curve and subject-specific random effects on both the measurement and age scales.
The main function archetypes implements a framework for archetypal analysis supporting arbitrary problem solving mechanisms for the different conceptual parts of the algorithm.
This is a lightweight package for computing different kinds of correlations. These correlations include partial correlations, Bayesian correlations, multilevel correlations, polychoric correlations, biweight correlations, distance correlations and more.
