GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
This package provides an efficient implementation of Kernel SHAP (Lundberg and Lee, 2017, <doi:10.48550/arXiv.1705.07874>) permutation SHAP, and additive SHAP for model interpretability. For Kernel SHAP and permutation SHAP, if the number of features is too large for exact calculations, the algorithms iterate until the SHAP values are sufficiently precise in terms of their standard errors. The package integrates smoothly with meta-learning packages such as tidymodels, caret or mlr3. It supports multi-output models, case weights, and parallel computations. Visualizations can be done using the R package shapviz.
This package lets you construct Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) compliant Analysis Results Data objects. These objects are used and re-used to construct summary tables, visualizations, and written reports. The package also exports utilities for working with these objects and creating new Analysis Results Data objects.
This package provides color palettes. They are checked for colorblind accessibility from hue, saturation, and lightness value scaling using the Chroma.js Color Palette Helper. See https://gka.github.io/palettes.
This package provides several methods for performing permutation tests. It has three main functions, to perform linear permutation tests. These tests are tests where the test statistic is the sum of the product of a covariate (usually group indicator) and the scores.
Manipulate and visualize colors in a intuitive, low-dependency and functional way.
This package provides an R-based solution for symbolic differentiation. It admits user-defined functions as well as function substitution in arguments of functions to be differentiated. Some symbolic simplification is part of the work.
Archimax copulas are a mixture of Archimedean and EV copulas. This package provides definitions of several parametric families of generator and dependence function, computes CDF and PDF, estimates parameters, tests for goodness of fit, generates random sample and checks copula properties for custom constructs. In the 2-dimensional case explicit formulas for density are used, contrary to higher dimensions when all derivatives are linearly approximated. Several non-archimax families (normal, FGM, Plackett) are provided as well.
This package provides a comprehensive collection of color palettes, color maps, and tools to evaluate them.
This package provides functions useful in the design and ANOVA of experiments. The content falls into the following groupings:
data,
factor manipulation functions,
design functions,
ANOVA functions,
matrix functions,
projector and canonical efficiency functions, and
miscellaneous functions.
There is a vignette called DesignNotes describing how to use the design functions for randomizing and assessing designs. The ANOVA functions facilitate the extraction of information when the Error function has been used in the call to aov.
This is a complete suite to estimate models based on moment conditions. It includes the two step Generalized method of moments (Hansen 1982; <doi:10.2307/1912775>), the iterated GMM and continuous updated estimator (Hansen, Eaton and Yaron 1996; <doi:10.2307/1392442>) and several methods that belong to the Generalized Empirical Likelihood family of estimators (Smith 1997; <doi:10.1111/j.0013-0133.1997.174.x>, Kitamura 1997; <doi:10.1214/aos/1069362388>, Newey and Smith 2004; <doi:10.1111/j.1468-0262.2004.00482.x>, and Anatolyev 2005 <doi:10.1111/j.1468-0262.2005.00601.x>).
This is a package for the estimation, validation and prediction of kriging models.
This package provides routines for the analysis of indirectly measured haplotypes. The statistical methods assume that all subjects are unrelated and that haplotypes are ambiguous (due to unknown linkage phase of the genetic markers). The main functions are: haplo.em(), haplo.glm(), haplo.score(), and haplo.power(); all of which have detailed examples in the vignette.
This package provides a library for rolling windows operations. The package enables full control over the window length, window lag, and time indices. With a runner one can apply any R function on rolling windows. The package eases work with equally and unequally spaced time series.
Circular layout is an efficient way to visualise huge amounts of information. This package provides an implementation of circular layout generation in R as well as an enhancement of available software. Its flexibility is based on the usage of low-level graphics functions such that self-defined high-level graphics can be easily implemented by users for specific purposes. Together with the seamless connection between the powerful computational and visual environment in R, it gives users more convenience and freedom to design figures for better understanding complex patterns behind multi-dimensional data.
This package provides conditional inference procedures for the general independence problem including two-sample, K-sample (non-parametric ANOVA), correlation, censored, ordered and multivariate problems.
This package provides an interface to the C implementation of the random number generator with multiple independent streams developed by L'Ecuyer et al (2002). The main purpose of this package is to enable the use of this random number generator in parallel R applications.
This package provides a system for organizing column names in data. It is aimed at supporting a prefix-based and suffix-based column naming scheme. It extends dplyr functionality to add ordering by function and more explicit renaming.
This package is a collection of data analysis tools. It includes tools for regression outlier detection in a fitted linear model, stationary bootstrap using a truncated geometric distribution, a comprehensive test for weak stationarity, column means by group, weighted biplots, and a heuristic to obtain a better initial configuration in non-metric MDS.
The Rcpp package provides R functions as well as C++ classes which offer a seamless integration of R and C++. Many R data types and objects can be mapped back and forth to C++ equivalents which facilitates both writing of new code as well as easier integration of third-party libraries. Documentation about Rcpp is provided by several vignettes included in this package, via the Rcpp Gallery site at <http://gallery.rcpp.org>, the paper by Eddelbuettel and Francois (2011, JSS), and the book by Eddelbuettel (2013, Springer); see citation("Rcpp") for details on these last two.

This package provides zm, a utility that allows you to zoom/navigate any plot when called with any active plot.
This package provides functionality to benchmark your CPU and compare against other CPUs. Also provides functions for obtaining system specifications, such as RAM, CPU type, and R version.
This package provides a wrapper for the download.file function, making it possible to download files over HTTPS across platforms. The RCurl package provides this functionality (and much more) but has external dependencies. This package has is implemented purely in R.
The aim of SHAPforxgboost is to aid in visual data investigations using SHAP (Shapley additive explanation) visualization plots for XGBoost. It provides summary plot, dependence plot, interaction plot, and force plot. It relies on the XGBoost package to produce SHAP values.
