Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
This package provides tools for stochastic fractal and deterministic chaotic time series analysis.
This package provides an implementation of heatmaps that offers more control over dimensions and appearance.
This package helps to construct standard dialog boxes for your GUI, including message boxes, input boxes, list, file or directory selection, and others. In case R cannot display GUI dialog boxes, a simpler command line version of these interactive elements is also provided as a fallback solution.
The curl() and curl_download() functions provide highly configurable drop-in replacements for base url() and download.file() with better performance, support for encryption, gzip compression, authentication, and other libcurl goodies. The core of the package implements a framework for performing fully customized requests where data can be processed either in memory, on disk, or streaming via the callback or connection interfaces.
The Datasaurus Dozen is a set of datasets with the same summary statistics. They retain the same summary statistics despite having radically different distributions. The datasets represent a larger and quirkier object lesson that is typically taught via Anscombe's Quartet (available in the 'datasets' package). Anscombe's Quartet contains four very different distributions with the same summary statistics and as such highlights the value of visualisation in understanding data, over and above summary statistics. As well as being an engaging variant on the Quartet, the data is generated in a novel way. The simulated annealing process used to derive datasets from the original Datasaurus is detailed in "Same Stats, Different Graphs: Generating Datasets with Varied Appearance and Identical Statistics through Simulated Annealing" doi:10.1145/3025453.3025912.
This package is a ggplot2 extension. It provides some utility functions that do not entirely fit within the grammar of graphics concept. The package extends ggpplots facets through customisation, by setting individual scales per panel, resizing panels and providing nested facets. It also allows multiple colour, fill scales per plot and hosts a smaller collection of stats, geoms and axis guides.
The Rmisc library contains functions for data analysis and utility operations.
Manage the life cycle of your exported functions with shared conventions, documentation badges, and non-invasive deprecation warnings. The lifecycle package defines four development stages (experimental, maturing, stable, and questioning) and three deprecation stages (soft-deprecated, deprecated, and defunct). It makes it easy to insert badges corresponding to these stages in your documentation. Usage of deprecated functions are signalled with increasing levels of non-invasive verbosity.
The purpose of this package is to factor out logic and math common to Item Factor Analysis fitting, diagnostics, and analysis. It is envisioned as core support code suitable for more specialized IRT packages to build upon. Complete access to optimized C functions is made available with R_RegisterCCallable().
This package provides an implementation of various statistical models for multivariate event history data <doi:10.1007/s10985-013-9244-x>. It includes multivariate cumulative incidence models <doi:10.1002/sim.6016>, and bivariate random effects probit models (Liability models) <doi:10.1016/j.csda.2015.01.014>. It also provides methods for survival analysis, including regression modelling (Cox, Fine-Gray, Ghosh-Lin, Binomial regression) with fast computation of influence functions.
This package provides functions for the analysis of income distributions for subgroups of the population as defined by a set of variables like age, gender, region, etc. This entails a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for a mixture distribution as well as functions for moments, inequality measures, entropy measures and polarisation measures of income distributions. This package thus aides the analysis of income inequality by offering tools for the exploratory analysis of income distributions at the disaggregated level.
This package provides an API for https://orcid.org. Functions include searching for people, searching by DOI, or searching by Orcid ID.
This package implements an empirical Bayes approach for large-scale hypothesis testing and false discovery rate estimation.
mlr3tuning implements methods for hyperparameter tuning, e.g. Grid Search, Random Search, or Simulated Annealing. Various termination criteria can be set and combined. The class AutoTuner provides a convenient way to perform nested resampling in combination with mlr3.
This is an implementation of the Future API on top of the callr package. This allows you to process futures, as defined by the future package, in parallel out of the box, on your local machine. Contrary to backends relying on the parallel package (e.g. future::multisession) and socket connections, the callr backend provided here can run more than 125 parallel R processes.
This package provides tools to estimate tail area-based false discovery rates as well as local false discovery rates for a variety of null models (p-values, z-scores, correlation coefficients, t-scores). The proportion of null values and the parameters of the null distribution are adaptively estimated from the data. In addition, the package contains functions for non-parametric density estimation (Grenander estimator), for monotone regression (isotonic regression and antitonic regression with weights), for computing the greatest convex minorant (GCM) and the least concave majorant (LCM), for the half-normal and correlation distributions, and for computing empirical higher criticism (HC) scores and the corresponding decision threshold.
This package is a collection of several algorithms to obtain archetypoids with small and large databases and with both classical multivariate data and functional data (univariate and multivariate). Some of these algorithms also detect anomalies (outliers).
This package contains general data structures and functions for longitudinal data with multiple variables, repeated measurements, and irregularly spaced time points. It also implements a shrinkage estimator of dynamical correlation and dynamical covariance.
This package provides a collection of miscellaneous 3d plots, including isosurfaces.
This package computes cell fate bias for multi-lineage single-cell data. It also provides visualization tools for analyzing these biases.
This package provides a set of predicates and assertions for checking the properties of strings. This is mainly for use by other package developers who want to include run-time testing features in their own packages.
This package provides a set of psychometric tools for cognitive diagnosis modeling based on the generalized deterministic inputs, noisy and gate (G-DINA) model by de la Torre (2011) doi:10.1007/s11336-011-9207-7 and its extensions, including the sequential G-DINA model by Ma and de la Torre (2016) doi:10.1111/bmsp.12070 for polytomous responses, and the polytomous G-DINA model by Chen and de la Torre doi:10.1177/0146621613479818 for polytomous attributes. Joint attribute distribution can be independent, saturated, higher-order, loglinear smoothed or structured. Q-matrix validation, item and model fit statistics, model comparison at test and item level and differential item functioning can also be conducted. A graphical user interface is also provided.
This package provides a tool for exploring correlations. It makes it possible to easily perform routine tasks when exploring correlation matrices such as ignoring the diagonal, focusing on the correlations of certain variables against others, or rearranging and visualizing the matrix in terms of the strength of the correlations.
This package provides various methods for MRI tissue classification.
