This package provides a set of predicates and assertions for checking the properties of sets. This is mainly for use by other package developers who want to include run-time testing features in their own packages.
This package implements different robust clustering algorithms (tclust) based on trimming and including some graphical diagnostic tools (ctlcurves and DiscrFact).
Convert a logical vector or a vector of p-values or a correlation, difference, or distance matrix into a display identifying the pairs for which the differences were not significantly different.
This package provides an R interface to all Enrichr databases, a web-based tool for analyzing gene sets and returns any enrichment of common annotated biological functions.
This package provides a set of R bindings for the Selenium 2.0 WebDriver (see https://selenium.dev/documentation/en/ for more information) using the JsonWireProtocol (see https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/wiki/JsonWireProtocol for more information). Selenium 2.0 WebDriver allows driving a web browser natively as a user would either locally or on a remote machine using the Selenium server it marks a leap forward in terms of web browser automation. Selenium automates web browsers (commonly referred to as browsers). Using RSelenium you can automate browsers locally or remotely.
This package provides some low-level utilities to use for R package development. It currently provides managers for multiple package specific options and registries, vignette, unit test and bibtex related utilities.
This package provides Map, Reduce and Filter variants to generate jobs on batch computing systems like PBS/Torque, LSF, SLURM and Sun Grid Engine. Multicore and SSH systems are also supported.
This package provides tools for functional linear modeling and analysis of actigraphy data.
This package provides functions for making low-level API requests to Amazon Web Services. The functions handle building, signing, and sending requests, and receiving responses. They are designed to help build higher-level interfaces to individual services, such as Simple Storage Service (S3).
This package provides an easy and simple way to read, write and display bitmap images stored in the TIFF format. It can read and write both files and in-memory raw vectors.
This package implements various estimators of entropy, such as the shrinkage estimator by Hausser and Strimmer, the maximum likelihood and the Millow-Madow estimator, various Bayesian estimators, and the Chao-Shen estimator. It also offers an R interface to the NSB estimator. Furthermore, it provides functions for estimating Kullback-Leibler divergence, chi-squared, mutual information, and chi-squared statistic of independence. In addition there are functions for discretizing continuous random variables.
This package provides functions for importing external vector images and drawing them as part of R plots. This package is different from the grImport package because, where that package imports PostScript format images, this package imports SVG format images. Furthermore, this package imports a specific subset of SVG, so external images must be preprocessed using a package like rsvg to produce SVG that this package can import. SVG features that are not supported by R graphics, such as gradient fills, can be imported and then exported via the gridSVG package.
This package provides a simple interface to lat/long projection and datum transformation of the PROJ.4 cartographic projections library. It allows transformation of geographic coordinates from one projection and/or datum to another.
This package provides two convenience functions assert() and test_pkg() to facilitate testing R packages.
This package provides a collection of some tests commonly used for identifying outliers.
This package contains some functions to help users (especially data explorers) to make more sense of their variables and take the most out of variables and hardware resources. Functions in this package are supposed to be efficient and easy to use.
This package provides a collection of miscellaneous basic statistic functions and convenience wrappers for efficiently describing data. The author's intention was to create a toolbox, which facilitates the (notoriously time consuming) first descriptive tasks in data analysis, consisting of calculating descriptive statistics, drawing graphical summaries and reporting the results. The package contains furthermore functions to produce documents using MS Word (or PowerPoint) and functions to import data from Excel. Many of the included functions can be found scattered in other packages and other sources written partly by Titans of R. The reason for collecting them here, was primarily to have them consolidated in ONE instead of dozens of packages (which themselves might depend on other packages which are not needed at all), and to provide a common and consistent interface as far as function and arguments naming, NA handling, recycling rules etc. are concerned. Google style guides were used as naming rules (in absence of convincing alternatives). The BigCamelCase style was consequently applied to functions borrowed from contributed R packages as well.
This is a package for graphical and statistical analyses of environmental data, with a focus on analyzing chemical concentrations and physical parameters, usually in the context of mandated environmental monitoring. It provides major environmental statistical methods found in the literature and regulatory guidance documents, with extensive help that explains what these methods do, how to use them, and where to find them in the literature. It comes with numerous built-in data sets from regulatory guidance documents and environmental statistics literature. It includes scripts reproducing analyses presented in the book "EnvStats: An R Package for Environmental Statistics" (Millard, 2013, Springer, ISBN 978-1-4614-8455-4, https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-1-4614-8456-1).
Proto is an object oriented system using object-based, also called prototype-based, rather than class-based object oriented ideas.
This package provides tools to create interactive chords diagrams via the D3 Javascript library. Chord diagrams show directed relationships among a group of entities. This package is based on http://bl.ocks.org/mbostock/4062006 with some modifications (fading) and additions (tooltips, bipartite diagram type).
This package provides a general-purpose tool for dynamic report generation in R using Literate Programming techniques.
This package provides visualizations for SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) such as waterfall plots, force plots, various types of importance plots, dependence plots, and interaction plots. These plots act on a shapviz object created from a matrix of SHAP values and a corresponding feature dataset. Wrappers for the R packages xgboost, lightgbm, fastshap, shapr, h2o, treeshap, DALEX, and kernelshap are added for convenience. By separating visualization and computation, it is possible to display factor variables in graphs, even if the SHAP values are calculated by a model that requires numerical features. The plots are inspired by those provided by the shap package in Python, but there is no dependency on it.
This package contains a set of functions that extend the cancor function. These functions provide new numerical and graphical outputs. It also includes a regularized extension of the canonical correlation analysis to deal with datasets with more variables than observations.
This package provides different high-level graphics functions for displaying large datasets, displaying circular data in a very flexible way, finding local maxima, brewing color ramps, drawing nice arrows, zooming 2D-plots, creating figures with differently colored margin and plot region. In addition, the package contains auxiliary functions for data manipulation like omitting observations with irregular values or selecting data by logical vectors, which include NAs. Other functions are especially useful in spectroscopy and analyses of environmental data: robust baseline fitting, finding peaks in spectra, converting humidity measures.
