Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
This package provides a pillar generic designed for formatting columns of data using the full range of colours provided by modern terminals.
This package provides tools to create interactive tutorials using R Markdown. Use a combination of narrative, figures, videos, exercises, and quizzes to create self-paced tutorials for learning about R and R packages.
This is a package supporting cluster analysis for cognitive diagnosis based on the Asymptotic Classification Theory (Chiu, Douglas & Li, 2009; doi:10.1007/s11336-009-9125-0). Given the sample statistic of sum-scores, cluster analysis techniques can be used to classify examinees into latent classes based on their attribute patterns. In addition to the algorithms used to classify data, three labeling approaches are proposed to label clusters so that examinees' attribute profiles can be obtained.
This package provides tools for the analysis of high-dimensional data developed/implemented at the group "Statistical Complexity Reduction In Molecular Epidemiology" (SCRIME). The main focus is on SNP data, but most of the functions can also be applied to other types of categorical data.
This package provides various methods for clustering and cluster validation. For example, it provides fixed point clustering, linear regression clustering, clustering by merging Gaussian mixture components, as well as symmetric and asymmetric discriminant projections for visualisation of the separation of groupings.
This package provides tools for accessing the Botanical Information and Ecology Network (BIEN) database. The BIEN database contains cleaned and standardized botanical data including occurrence, trait, plot and taxonomic data. This package provides functions that query the BIEN database by constructing and executing optimized SQL queries.
This package provides support for the foreach looping construct. foreach is an idiom that allows for iterating over elements in a collection, without the use of an explicit loop counter. This package in particular is intended to be used for its return value, rather than for its side effects. In that sense, it is similar to the standard lapply function, but doesn't require the evaluation of a function. Using foreach without side effects also facilitates executing the loop in parallel.
This package provides functions and scripts used in the book "Chemometrics with R - Multivariate Data Analysis in the Natural Sciences and Life Sciences" by Ron Wehrens, Springer (2011).
The trimmed k-means clustering method by Cuesta-Albertos, Gordaliza and Matran (1997). This optimizes the k-means criterion under trimming a portion of the points.
This package provides a number of user-level functions to work with grid graphics, notably to arrange multiple grid-based plots on a page, and draw tables.
This tool provides a parallel version of the L-BFGS-B method of optim(). The main function of the package is optimParallel(), which has the same usage and output as optim(). Using optimParallel() can significantly reduce the optimization time.
This package provides a toolkit with infrastructure for representing, summarizing, and visualizing tree-structured regression and classification models.
This package implements shadowtextGrob() for grid and geom_shadowtext() layer for ggplot2. These functions draw text grob with background shadow.
This package provides functions for bitwise operations on integer vectors.
This package provides functions for making contour plots. The contour plot can be created from grid data, a function, or a data set. If non-grid data is given, then a Gaussian process is fit to the data and used to create the contour plot.
This package provides a basic set of R functions for querying the Cancer Genomics Data Server (CGDS), hosted by the Computational Biology Center at Memorial-Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC).
This package provides a series of shortcuts for routine tasks to facilitate data exploration.
This package contains a function to do exact Hardy-Weinburg testing (using Fisher's test) for SNP genotypes as typically obtained in a Genome Wide Association Study (GWAS).
ICGE is a package that helps to estimate the number of real clusters in data as well as to identify atypical units. The underlying methods are based on distances rather than on unit x variables.
This package provides a set of S3 generics to axe components of fitted model objects and help reduce the size of model objects saved to disk.
In putative Transcription Factor Binding Sites (TFBSs) identification from sequence/alignments, we are interested in the significance of certain match scores. TFMPvalue provides the accurate calculation of a p-value with a score threshold for position weight matrices, or the score with a given p-value. It is an interface to code originally made available by Helene Touzet and Jean-Stephane Varre, 2007, Algorithms Mol Biol:2, 15. Touzet and Varre (2007).
This package provides a fast implementation of Random Forests, particularly suited for high dimensional data. Ensembles of classification, regression, survival and probability prediction trees are supported. Data from genome-wide association studies can be analyzed efficiently.
Single cell RNA sequencing datasets can be large, consisting of matrices that contain expression data for several thousand features across several thousand cells. This package is designed to easily install, manage, and learn about various single-cell datasets, provided Seurat objects and distributed as independent packages.
This package contains a collection of functions to deal with nonparametric measurement error problems using deconvolution kernel methods. We focus two measurement error models in the package: (1) an additive measurement error model, where the goal is to estimate the density or distribution function from contaminated data; (2) nonparametric regression model with errors-in-variables. The R functions allow the measurement errors to be either homoscedastic or heteroscedastic. To make the deconvolution estimators computationally more efficient in R, we adapt the "Fast Fourier Transform" (FFT) algorithm for density estimation with error-free data to the deconvolution kernel estimation. Several methods for the selection of the data-driven smoothing parameter are also provided in the package. See details in: Wang, X.F. and Wang, B. (2011). Deconvolution estimation in measurement error models: The R package decon. Journal of Statistical Software, 39(10), 1-24.
