Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
This is a package for parameter description and operations in optimization, tuning and machine learning. Parameters can be described (type, constraints, defaults, etc.), combined to parameter sets and can in general be programmed on. A useful OptPath object (archive) to log function evaluations is also provided.
This package provides an interface to the Nexus class library which allows parsing of NEXUS, Newick and other phylogenetic tree file formats. It provides elements of the file that can be used to build phylogenetic objects such as ape's phylo or phylobase's phylo4(d). This functionality is demonstrated with read_newick_phylo() and read_nexus_phylo().
This package provides template functions to assist in building friendly R packages that praise their users.
This package contains R-functions to perform an fMRI analysis as described in Polzehl and Tabelow (2019) <DOI:10.1007/978-3-030-29184-6>, Tabelow et al. (2006) <DOI:10.1016/j.neuroimage.2006.06.029>, Polzehl et al. (2010) <DOI:10.1016/j.neuroimage.2010.04.241>, Tabelow and Polzehl (2011) <DOI:10.18637/jss.v044.i11>.
This package provides helper functions to install and maintain the LaTeX distribution named TinyTeX, a lightweight, cross-platform, portable, and easy-to-maintain version of TeX Live. This package also contains helper functions to compile LaTeX documents, and install missing LaTeX packages automatically.
This package provides tools to create pretty tables for HTML documents and other formats. Functions are provided to let users create tables, modify and format their content. It extends the officer package and can be used within R markdown documents when rendering to HTML and to Word documents.
This package provides a collection of functions to explore and to investigate basic properties of financial returns and related quantities. The covered fields include techniques of explorative data analysis and the investigation of distributional properties, including parameter estimation and hypothesis testing. Even more, there are several utility functions for data handling and management.
Cluster ensembles are collections of individual solutions to a given clustering problem which are useful or necessary to consider in a wide range of applications. This R package provides an extensible computational environment for creating and analyzing cluster ensembles, with basic data structures for representing partitions and hierarchies, and facilities for computing on them, including methods for measuring proximity and obtaining consensus and secondary clusterings.
This package provides building blocks for the design and analysis of multiobjective optimization algorithms.
This package lets you compute and plot predictions, slopes, marginal means, and comparisons (contrasts, risk ratios, odds, etc.) for over 100 classes of statistical and machine learning models in R. Conduct linear and non-linear hypothesis tests, or equivalence tests. Calculate uncertainty estimates using the delta method, bootstrapping, or simulation-based inference. Details can be found in Arel-Bundock, Greifer, and Heiss (2024) <doi:10.18637/jss.v111.i09>.
This package implements affinity propagation clustering introduced by Frey and Dueck (2007). The package further provides leveraged affinity propagation and an algorithm for exemplar-based agglomerative clustering that can also be used to join clusters obtained from affinity propagation. Various plotting functions are available for analyzing clustering results.
This package lets you expand factors, characters and other eligible classes into dummy/indicator variables.
This package provides tools for functional enrichment analysis, gene identifier conversion and mapping homologous genes across related organisms via the g:Profiler toolkit.
This package provides sparse vectors powered by ALTREP (Alternative Representations for R Objects) that behave like regular vectors, and can thus be used in data frames. It also provides tools to convert between sparse matrices and data frames with sparse columns and functions to interact with sparse vectors.
This is a package for computation and visualization of simple, multiple and joint correspondence analysis.
This tool provides methods for aggregating ranked lists, especially lists of genes. It implements the Robust Rank Aggregation and other simple algorithms for the task. RRA method uses a probabilistic model for aggregation that is robust to noise and also facilitates the calculation of significance probabilities for all the elements in the final ranking.
This package implements a generalized version of principal components analysis (GLM-PCA) for dimension reduction of non-normally distributed data such as counts or binary matrices.
The labeling package provides a range of axis labeling algorithms.
This package provides statistical models of biased sampling in the form of univariate and multivariate noncentral hypergeometric distributions, including Wallenius' noncentral hypergeometric distribution and Fisher's noncentral hypergeometric distribution (also called extended hypergeometric distribution).
This package provides optimized functions and flexible combinatorial iterators implemented in C++ for solving problems in combinatorics and computational mathematics. It utilizes the RMatrix class from RcppParallel for thread safety. There are combination/permutation functions with constraint parameters that allow for generation of all results of a vector meeting specific criteria. It is capable of generating specific combinations/permutations which sets up nicely for parallelization as well as random sampling. Gmp support permits exploration where the total number of results is large. Additionally, there are several high performance number theoretic functions that are useful for problems common in computational mathematics.
UpSet plots are an improvement over Venn Diagram for set overlap visualizations. Striving to bring the best of the UpSetR and ggplot2, this package offers a way to create complex overlap visualisations, using simple and familiar tools.
This package can be used to conduct post hoc analyses of resampling results generated by models. For example, if two models are evaluated with the root mean squared error (RMSE) using 10-fold cross-validation, there are 10 paired statistics. These can be used to make comparisons between models without involving a test set.
This package fits models for genotypic disequilibria, as described in Huttley and Wilson (2000), Weir (1996) and Weir and Wilson (1986). Contrast terms are available that account for first order interactions between loci. It also implements, for a single locus in a single population, a conditional exact test for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
This package converts latitude/longitude into projected coordinates.
