Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
This package embeds the SQLite database engine in R and provides an interface compliant with the DBI package. The source for the SQLite engine is included.
This package allows the user to create new Github gists, update gists with new files, rename files, delete files, get and delete gists, star and un-star them, fork them, open a gist in your default browser, get an embed code for a gist, list gist commits, and get rate limit information when authenticated.
As a successor of the packages BatchJobs and BatchExperiments, this package provides a parallel implementation of the Map function for high performance computing systems managed by various schedulers. A multicore and socket mode allow the parallelization on a local machines, and multiple machines can be hooked up via SSH to create a makeshift cluster. Moreover, the package provides an abstraction mechanism to define large-scale computer experiments in a well-organized and reproducible way.
This is a package for converting natural language text into tokens. It includes tokenizers for shingled n-grams, skip n-grams, words, word stems, sentences, paragraphs, characters, shingled characters, lines, tweets, Penn Treebank, regular expressions, as well as functions for counting characters, words, and sentences, and a function for splitting longer texts into separate documents, each with the same number of words. The tokenizers have a consistent interface, and the package is built on the stringi and Rcpp packages for fast yet correct tokenization in UTF-8 encoding.
Full 64-bit resolution date and time functionality with nanosecond granularity is provided, with easy transition to and from the standard POSIXct type. Three additional classes offer interval, period and duration functionality for nanosecond-resolution timestamps.
This package is a placeholder for the Bitstream Vera font. It is intended for the fontquiver package.
Anti-Grain Geometry (AGG) is a high-quality and high-performance 2D drawing library. The ragg package provides a set of graphic devices based on AGG to use as alternative to the raster devices provided through the grDevices package.
This package provides an interface to Amazon Web Services machine learning services, including SageMaker managed machine learning service, natural language processing, speech recognition, translation, and more.
This package provides functions for kriging and point pattern analysis.
This package provides bindings to GnuPG for working with OpenGPG (RFC4880) cryptographic methods. It includes utilities for public key encryption, creating and verifying digital signatures, and managing your local keyring. Some functionality depends on the version of GnuPG that is installed on the system.
This package provides methods for species distribution modeling, i.e., predicting the environmental similarity of any site to that of the locations of known occurrences of a species.
This package provides simple and secure authentication mechanism for single Shiny applications. Credentials are stored in an encrypted SQLite database.
This package provides a complete environment for Bayesian inference using a variety of different samplers.
This package provides a C++11-style thread class and thread pool that can safely be interrupted from R.
This package lets you determine the significance of pre-defined sets of genes with respect to an outcome variable, such as a group indicator, a quantitative variable or a survival time.
This package provides software and data for the book "An Introduction to the Bootstrap" by B. Efron and R. Tibshirani, 1993, Chapman and Hall. This package is primarily provided for projects already based on it, and for support of the book. New projects should preferentially use the recommended package "boot".
Sensitivity (or recall or true positive rate), false positive rate, specificity, precision (or positive predictive value), negative predictive value, misclassification rate, accuracy, F-score---these are popular metrics for assessing performance of binary classifiers for certain thresholds. These metrics are calculated at certain threshold values. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve is a common tool for assessing overall diagnostic ability of the binary classifier. Unlike depending on a certain threshold, area under ROC curve (also known as AUC), is a summary statistic about how well a binary classifier performs overall for the classification task. The ROCit package provides flexibility to easily evaluate threshold-bound metrics.
The main function of this package is beep(), with the purpose to make it easy to play notification sounds on whatever platform you are on. It is intended to be useful, for example, if you are running a long analysis in the background and want to know when it is ready.
This package provides an interface for working with large matrices stored in files, not in computer memory. It supports multiple non-character data types (double, integer, logical and raw) of various sizes (e.g. 8 and 4 byte real values). Access to parts of the matrix is done by indexing, exactly as with usual R matrices. It supports very large matrices; the package has been tested on multi-terabyte matrices. It allows for more than 2^32 rows or columns, ad allows for quick addition of extra columns to a filematrix.
This package provides building blocks for allowing HTML widgets to communicate with each other, with Shiny or without (i.e., static .html files). It currently supports linked brushing and filtering.
This package arranges data by a set of methods. It uses rearrangers to reorder data points and mutators to change their values. From basic utilities, to centering the greatest value, to swirling in 3-dimensional space, rearrr enables creativity when plotting and experimenting with data.
The tkrplot package lets you place R graphics in a Tk, cross-platform graphical user interface toolkit widget.
A workflow is an object that can bundle together your pre-processing, modeling, and post-processing requests. For example, if you have a recipe and parsnip model, these can be combined into a workflow. The advantages are:
You don’t have to keep track of separate objects in your workspace.
The recipe prepping and model fitting can be executed using a single call to
fit().If you have custom tuning parameter settings, these can be defined using a simpler interface when combined with
tune.In the future, workflows will be able to add post-processing operations, such as modifying the probability cutoff for two-class models.
This package provides a syntax highlighter for R code based on the results of the R parser. It supports rendering in HTML and LaTeX markup. It includes a custom Sweave driver performing syntax highlighting of R code chunks.
