Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.
If you'd like to join our channel search send a patch to ~whereiseveryone/toys@lists.sr.ht adding your channel as an entry in channels.scm.
Utilities for Linux's Ethernet bridging facilities. A bridge is a way to connect two Ethernet segments together in a protocol independent way. Packets are forwarded based on Ethernet address, rather than IP address (like a router). Since forwarding is done at Layer 2, all protocols can go transparently through a bridge.
ulogd is a userspace logging daemon for netfilter/iptables related logging. This includes per-packet logging of security violations, per-packet logging for accounting, per-flow logging and flexible user-defined accounting.
Packet and flow-based traffic accounting
Flexible user-defined traffic accounting via nfacct infrastructure
SQL database back-end support: SQLite3, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Text-based output formats: CSV, XML, Netfilter's LOG, Netfilter's conntrack
This package provides the following binaries to drive the Linux Device Mapper multipathing driver:
multipath- Device mapper target autoconfig.multipathd- Multipath daemon.mpathpersist- Manages SCSI persistent reservations ondmmultipath devices.kpartx- Create device maps from partition tables.
Tools for loading and managing Linux kernel modules, such as modprobe, insmod, lsmod, and more.
GNU Linux-Libre is a free (as in freedom) variant of the Linux kernel. It has been modified to remove all non-free binary blobs.
EROFS is a compressed, read-only file system optimized for resource-scarce devices. This package provides user-space tools for creating EROFS file systems.
haveged generates an unpredictable stream of random numbers for use by Linux's /dev/random and /dev/urandom devices. The kernel's standard mechanisms for filling the entropy pool may not be sufficient for systems with high needs or limited user interaction, such as headless servers.
haveged runs as a privileged daemon, harvesting randomness from the indirect effects of hardware events on hidden processor state using the HAVEGE algorithm. It tunes itself to its environment and provides the same built-in test suite for the output stream as used on certified hardware security devices.
The quality of the randomness produced by this algorithm has not been proven. It is recommended to run it together with another entropy source like rngd, and not as a replacement for it.
The Embedded Linux* Library (ELL) provides core, low-level functionality for system daemons. It typically has no dependencies other than the Linux kernel, C standard library, and libdl (for dynamic linking). While ELL is designed to be efficient and compact enough for use on embedded Linux platforms, it is not limited to resource-constrained systems.
The GPM (general-purpose mouse) daemon is a mouse server for applications running on the Linux console. It allows users to select items and copy/paste text in the console and in xterm.
acpid is designed to notify user-space programs of Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) events. acpid should be started during the system boot, and will run as a background process. When an ACPI event is received from the kernel, acpid will examine the list of rules specified in /etc/acpi/events and execute the rules that match the event.
Util-linux is a diverse collection of Linux kernel utilities. It provides dmesg and includes tools for working with file systems, block devices, UUIDs, TTYs, and many other tools.
Headers of the Linux-Libre kernel.
Monitor a hardware random number generator, and supply entropy from that to the system kernel's /dev/random machinery.
libnetfilter_cttimeout is the userspace library that provides the programming interface to the fine-grain connection tracking timeout infrastructure. With this library, you can create, update and delete timeout policies that can be attached to traffic flows. This library is used by conntrack-tools.
Dual Function Keys is a plugin for interception-tools that allows one to send arbitrary keycodes when a given key is tapped or held.
This package provides commands to create and check XFS file systems.
The i2c-tools package contains a heterogeneous set of I2C tools for Linux: a bus probing tool, a chip dumper, register-level SMBus access helpers, EEPROM decoding scripts, EEPROM programming tools, and a python module for SMBus access.
libnetfilter_queue is a userspace library providing an API to packets that have been queued by the kernel packet filter. It is is part of a system that deprecates the old ip_queue/libipq mechanism.
FBGrab is a framebuffer screenshot program that captures the Linux framebuffer and converts it to a PNG image. It can also convert a framebuffer dump file (copy) to a PNG image.
Modprobed-db is a useful utility for users wishing to build a minimal kernel via a make localmodconfig. In a nutshell, this make target creates a config based on the current config and a list of modules you define (that modprobed-db keeps for you). It then disables any module option that is not needed thus not building extraneous modules. This results in a system-specific, streamlined kernel package and footprint as well as reduced compilation times.
Modprobed-db simply logs every module ever probed on the target system to a text-based database ($XDG_CONFIG_HOME/modprobed-db), which can be read directly by make localmodconfig as described above.
LVM2 is the logical volume management tool set for Linux-based systems. This package includes the user-space libraries and tools, including the device mapper. Kernel components are part of Linux-libre.
nftables is the project that aims to replace the existing ip,ip6,arp,ebtables framework. Basically, this project provides a new packet filtering framework, a new userspace utility and also a compatibility layer for ip,ip6tables. nftables is built upon the building blocks of the Netfilter infrastructure such as the existing hooks, the connection tracking system, the userspace queueing component and the logging subsystem.
iucode_tool is a utility to work with microcode packages for Intel processors. It can convert between formats, extract specific versions, create a firmware image suitable for the Linux kernel, and more.
efibootmgr is a user-space application to modify the Intel Extensible Firmware Interface (EFI) Boot Manager. This application can create and destroy boot entries, change the boot order, change the next running boot option, and more.
